What can be customized in an OEM stockinette order? +

We can customize: lay-flat width (cotton, nylon and perlon 2–40 cm; fiberglass-compatible 2–20 inches, equivalent to 5.08–50.8 cm), material (cotton, nylon, perlon, or fiberglass-compatible), roll length, color (white, natural, bleached, or custom color on request), carton configuration, and your private label packaging including barcodes, branding, and product information.

What is the process for a custom OEM order? +

The process is: (1) Submit your specifications via our RFQ form, (2) We send a quote within 48 hours, (3) You approve specifications in writing, (4) We produce and ship pre-production samples, (5) You approve samples, (6) Bulk production begins, (7) Shipment with your label and full documentation.

What documentation is included with OEM orders? +

Every OEM order includes: Certificate of Analysis (COA), packing list with your specifications, HS code declaration (6307.90), certificate of origin (Pakistan), test reports on request, and your custom labeling on each roll and carton.

What is the minimum order for custom OEM production? +
