Tahir Collection knits that stockinette itself and makes finished game bags, with a sewn closed end or a drawstring, for hunting brands, outdoor retailers and importers. Cotton Game Bags — Buyer FAQ

What are game bags made of? +

Traditional game bags are made of cotton stockinette: a seamless, stretchy cotton tube that lets air reach the meat while keeping dirt, hair and insects off. Tahir Collection knits the cotton stockinette in-house and finishes it into game bags with a sewn closed end or a drawstring.

Cotton or synthetic game bags — which should a brand sell? +

Both sell. Cotton stockinette is breathable, absorbent and low cost, which is why it is still the classic choice for deer and elk quarters. Synthetic bags are lighter and dry faster. Many brands offer cotton as their value or bulk line. Send us the construction you want to match and we will sample it.

Are you a game bag manufacturer or a trader? +

We are the manufacturer. We knit the tubular cotton fabric on our own circular knitting machines in Faisalabad, Pakistan, then cut, sew and pack the bags. You deal directly with the factory, not a trading company.

Can you make private label game bags? +

Yes. We make game bags under your brand, with your bag sizes, set counts (for example four quarter bags plus one trim bag), printed stuff sack or header card, barcodes and carton marks. Send your size list and artwork with the RFQ.

What sizes do you make for deer, elk and moose? +

We make every bag to the length and width on your size list, from small trim and backstrap bags to large quarter bags for elk, moose and caribou. A common retail set is four quarter bags plus one smaller bag for trim. If you do not have a size list yet, tell us the game you are targeting and we will propose one for sampling.

What is the minimum order and lead time? +

Flexible quantities in rolls, kilograms or bags, agreed per order. Production takes 15–30 days after sample approval. We ship to the USA, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, Europe and the Middle East under FOB, CIF, EXW terms.
