Provide only information needed for your business enquiry; please do not include patient records or other sensitive personal information.

How the website handles enquiries

The website uses these details to forward your enquiry to Tahir Collection for a response, quotation or sample discussion. The form processor attempts to save enquiry details in the website database and send an email notification. When email sending succeeds, it also sends a confirmation to the email address you provided. Sample delivery addresses are included in the sample enquiry email.

The enquiry record can include the source page, your IP address and browser user-agent information. Website hosting and email services process information as part of operating the site and delivering messages.
